1. Who can use Task Treasure

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You must live in a country where Task Treasure is available. Some features, offers and rewards are available only in certain countries.
• You must not be barred from using the app under the law that applies to you, or have had an account closed by us for breaking these Terms.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure. You are responsible for activity on your Task Treasure account.
• Each person may have only one account, and each account works on one device at a time. Moving your account to a new device needs approval from our team.
• The information you give us, including your profile and reward details, must be true and your own.
• You may not sell, share or transfer your account.

3. Coins

• Coins are reward points inside Task Treasure. They are not money, have no cash value outside the app, and are not your property. You cannot buy coins, transfer them to another user, or exchange them for cash.
• Coins can be used only to redeem the rewards listed in the app. Any value shown in your local currency is approximate.
• Coins are always whole numbers. When a conversion produces a fraction, it is rounded down.
• Coins you earn from activities (offers, surveys, playtime, games, videos, tasks and quiz) are "earned coins". Coins from streaks, spins, scratch cards, coupons, referrals, badges, challenges, festivals, tiers and your profile are "bonus coins". Some features, such as tier progress and referral commission, count only earned coins.
• If coin expiry is turned on, coins in an inactive account may expire. We will notify you in the app before any coins expire.
• Our records of your coin balance and history are final, except where we find and correct an error.

4. Earning coins

• Offers, surveys and playtime are provided by third-party partners. Coins are credited only after the partner confirms that you completed the activity, under that partner's rules. We cannot credit an activity the partner has not confirmed, but we will help you contact them through the app's Inbox.
• Videos: coins are given only for rewarded videos you choose to watch to the end, and only after the ad network confirms it. Viewing or clicking any other ad never earns coins.
• Task Treasure games: game coins collect in that game's piggy bank and move to your wallet when you unlock it as shown in the game. Levels must be played normally; our server checks timing and order.
• Tasks: proofs must be genuine and your own. Tasks may be approved automatically or reviewed by our team.
• Quiz, spins and scratch cards: results are decided by our server. Daily limits apply.
• Coin rates, limits and available activities can change at any time. The amount shown before you start an activity is the amount that applies to it.

5. Pending coins and reversals

• Some coins stay "pending" for a period set for each partner. Pending coins cannot be redeemed. The app shows when they should become available.
• If a partner later cancels or reverses an activity (for example, because it was not completed correctly), we remove the coins and tell you why. This can make your balance negative. While it is negative you cannot redeem, and future earnings bring it back up.

6. Redeeming rewards

• Rewards, their coin prices and stock are shown in the app and depend on your country.
• Before you redeem, you may need to meet requirements such as a minimum balance, account age or amount of earned coins, and confirm your identity with Google or your in-app PIN.
• When you request a reward, its coins are locked. Each request is checked and may be reviewed by our team. If it is rejected, the coins return to your available balance.
• Delivery times vary by reward. You can follow each request in My Redemptions.
• Make sure the details you enter (such as a player ID or email) are correct. We are not responsible for a reward sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• Gift cards and vouchers are issued by their brands and follow the brand's own terms, including expiry dates and regions. If a code we delivered does not work, contact us and we will look into it with the provider.
• We may refuse or cancel a redemption that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is linked to fraud.

7. Referrals

• You can invite friends with your referral code or link. A referral is linked when your friend installs from your link, or enters your code within the time allowed in the app. Once linked, a referral cannot be changed.
• Referral bonuses are given only after your friend completes the unlock step shown in the app. Referral commission is calculated only on the earned coins of the people you refer.
• Referring yourself, or referrals from the same device, IP address or network, are invalid. Fake or paid referrals, and spam to promote your code, are not allowed.

8. Challenges, lucky draws and coupons

• Challenges, team challenges and lucky draws are always free to enter. They follow our Contest Rules and the specific terms shown for each challenge in the app.
• Coupon codes have their own limits, eligibility and expiry dates, shown when you use them. Repeated wrong attempts may lock coupon entry for a while.

9. Fair play

To keep rewards fair for everyone, you must not:

• use a VPN, proxy or anything that hides or changes your location (earning and redeeming are paused while one is detected);
• use a rooted device, an emulator, a cloned or modified version of the app, or tools that interfere with it;
• create or use more than one account, or use someone else's account;
• use bots, scripts, automation or any method that fakes activity;
• submit fake proofs, or give false information to us or to our partners;
• abuse referrals, coupons, challenges or teams, or work with others to do so;
• take advantage of a bug or error instead of reporting it to us;
• sell or trade accounts, coins or rewards.

10. Enforcement and appeals

• If we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, we may warn you, remove coins gained by breaking them, hold or cancel redemptions, limit features, suspend your account, or close it.
• While an account is suspended you can sign in, but earning and redeeming are paused. When an account is closed for breaking these Terms, its coins are forfeited and pending redemptions are cancelled.
• You can appeal a decision through the Inbox in the app or by emailing [email protected]. Our team will review it.

11. Ads and third-party services

Task Treasure shows ads and links to offers, surveys, games, apps and websites run by other companies. Those companies are responsible for their own content, products and services, and you use them under their terms. We are not responsible for them, but we will help where we can if something goes wrong.

12. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may add, change or remove features, activities, rewards and coin rates, and we may pause or end the service. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we change the version and date at the top of this page, and for important changes we tell you in the app and may ask you to accept the new version. If we ever close Task Treasure for good, we will give reasonable notice in the app so you can redeem eligible coins.

13. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or as explained on our account deletion page. When your account is deleted, any coins left in it are forfeited and pending redemptions are cancelled.

14. Our content and trademarks

The Task Treasure name, logo, app, games and website content belong to Digital Duniya or its licensors. You may use them only to use Task Treasure as intended. Brand names and logos of rewards and partners belong to their owners. Those brands are not sponsors of Task Treasure.

15. Disclaimers

Task Treasure is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, that a particular offer or reward will be available, or that you will earn a particular number of coins.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of partners and other third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim about Task Treasure is limited to the value of the reward that the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

17. Taxes

Rewards may be taxable where you live, and you are responsible for any tax that applies to you. Where the law requires us to deduct tax before giving a reward, we will do so and may ask you for the information needed.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. Any dispute that we cannot settle together will be handled by the competent courts in India, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
