These Contest Rules apply to every challenge, team challenge and lucky draw in Task Treasure (each a "challenge"). Each challenge also shows its own details in the app: dates, how progress is counted, who can join, the prizes and the number of winners. If those details differ from these rules, the challenge's own details apply to that challenge.
1. Organizer
Challenges are organised by Digital Duniya, the operator of Task Treasure.
2. Free to enter
Every challenge and lucky draw is free. You never pay money, and you never spend coins, to enter or to improve your chances.
3. Who can take part
- Registered Task Treasure users aged 18 or older whose accounts are in good standing.
- Users in countries where the challenge is offered. Challenges are not offered where contests or lucky draws are not allowed, and are void where prohibited by law.
- Some challenges have extra requirements, such as a minimum account age, a tier or joining before a deadline. These are shown in the challenge.
4. Types of challenges
- Leaderboard contests: users are ranked by a measure such as valid referrals, earned coins, tasks completed or quiz score during the challenge period.
- Lucky draws: winners are picked at random from all eligible entries.
- Personal goals: everyone who reaches the target in time gets the reward.
- Community milestones: a reward is unlocked for eligible users when all users together reach a target.
- Team challenges: teams work towards a shared target or compete with other teams.
5. How winners are decided
- Only activity during the challenge period counts, as recorded by our server. Activity that is later reversed by a partner does not count.
- In leaderboard contests, if two users have the same score, the one who reached it first ranks higher.
- Lucky draws are run by our server using a random selection, and each draw is recorded.
- In team challenges, a member must make the minimum contribution shown in the challenge to share in the reward. Teams cannot be changed while a team challenge is live.
- Results are checked before prizes are given. Our decision on results is final, except where we find and correct an error.
6. Fair play and disqualification
The fair play rules in our Terms & Conditions apply. Accounts flagged for fraud are not counted on leaderboards. Entries from the same device, IP address or network may be treated as invalid. We may disqualify any user or team that breaks these rules, and take back a prize given by mistake or obtained unfairly.
7. Prizes
- Prizes are coins or rewards, as shown in the challenge. They are credited automatically or by our team after results are checked.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user, unless the challenge says otherwise.
- If a listed reward becomes unavailable, we may replace it with one of similar value.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any tax on their prizes. Where the law requires tax to be deducted at source, we will deduct it and may ask for the information needed (such as a PAN in India) before releasing the prize.
9. Results and announcements
Participants are notified in the app when results are declared. Winners lists show only a display name or a partly hidden name, never an email address or phone number.
10. Changes and cancellation
We may change, pause, extend or cancel a challenge if there is fraud, a technical problem or another reason outside our control. If we cancel a challenge, we will explain what happens to the progress made in it.
11. Not sponsored by Google or other brands
Challenges are run only by Digital Duniya. Google and the brands whose rewards are offered do not sponsor, endorse or run them, and are not involved in them in any way.
12. Contact
Questions about a challenge: use the Inbox in the app, or email [email protected].
