This Privacy Policy explains what information Task Treasure collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Task Treasure Android app (package name site.tasktreasure.app) and to this website.
By using Task Treasure, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who we are
Task Treasure is operated by Digital Duniya ("we", "us", "our"). Digital Duniya is the developer named on the Task Treasure listing on Google Play and is responsible for your personal information.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Google account details when you sign in: your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
- Profile details you choose to add, such as date of birth, gender, mobile number and interests. Your mobile number is not verified by OTP.
- Reward details needed to deliver a reward, such as an email address, phone number or game player ID.
- Messages and attachments you send to support through the in-app Inbox or by email, including screenshots.
- Task proofs you submit, such as screenshots or text.
- Your settings, such as language, theme and notification choices, and your in-app PIN if you set one (stored only in a protected, hashed form).
Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, Android version, app version, language, time zone, and device identifiers such as the Android ID and a hashed device fingerprint. We use these to keep one account per device.
- Network information: IP address, your approximate country or region based on it, your mobile network's country, and whether a VPN or proxy seems to be in use.
- Integrity checks: results from Google Play Integrity, and checks for rooted devices, emulators, cloned apps, debuggers and modified versions of the app.
- Activity in the app: coins earned and spent, offers and tasks you start, game sessions and levels, videos watched, quiz answers, spins, scratch cards, streaks, referrals, challenges, teams, coupons and redemptions, each with dates and times.
- Advertising ID: the Android advertising ID, used by our ad and offer partners.
- Notification token, so we can send you push notifications.
- Crash reports and diagnostics, to find and fix problems.
- Install referrer: if you install the app from a referral link, Google Play tells the app which referral code the link carried.
Information from our partners
- When you complete an offer, survey or playtime reward, the partner tells us the result: your Task Treasure user ID, the offer, the reward amount, a transaction ID and its status (for example, completed or reversed).
- When you watch a rewarded video, the ad network confirms to our server that the video was completed.
- Reward providers tell us whether a reward was delivered.
3. App permissions
- Internet access, to connect to our servers and partners.
- Notifications, to tell you about credits, redemptions, challenge results and replies from support. You can turn categories off in the app's settings.
- Usage access, only if you choose to use playtime rewards. Playtime partners such as adjoe need to see which partner games you install and how long you play them, so they can reward you. The app explains this before asking. You can withdraw it at any time in Android settings, and the rest of the app keeps working.
- Images you attach: when you add a screenshot to a task or a support message, you pick the image yourself, and we receive only the images you select.
4. How we use information
- To create your account, sign you in and keep you signed in.
- To credit, track and redeem your coins, and to deliver rewards.
- To run referrals, challenges, lucky draws, teams, coupons, streaks and other features.
- To prevent fraud and abuse: keeping one account per person and device, detecting VPNs, emulators and rooted devices, finding fake referrals and unusual earning patterns, and protecting our partners from invalid activity.
- To show ads, and to measure and improve the app, including analytics, crash reports and testing different versions of a feature.
- To send you notifications and to answer your support messages.
- To meet legal duties, such as tax and accounting rules, and to respond to lawful requests.
5. Automated fraud checks
Some decisions are made automatically to keep rewards fair. For example, earning and redeeming pause while a VPN is detected, and a redemption may be held for manual review when several fraud signals appear together. Restrictions on an account are reviewed by our team, and you can appeal through the Inbox in the app or by email.
6. Ads and your consent
- We show ads using Google AdMob, together with mediation partners such as Unity Ads, AppLovin and ironSource. These companies may collect your advertising ID, IP address and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads under their own privacy policies.
- Ads may be personalised where the law allows. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent through Google's consent tool before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice later in the app's settings.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (usually under Privacy, then Ads).
- Coins are given only for rewarded ads that you choose to watch. Other ads never pay coins.
7. Offer, survey and playtime partners
- Offer walls, survey walls and playtime rewards are run by our partners (for example Tapjoy, adjoe, AdGate Media, BitLabs, CPX Research and others shown in the app). When you open one, we share your Task Treasure user ID, country, language, app version and advertising ID, so they can show you offers and credit you.
- For surveys, if you allow it in the app, we also share the age, gender and interests from your profile, so surveys match you better. If you don't allow it, only your user ID and basic technical data are shared.
- Partners also collect information directly from you when you use their offers or surveys, under their own privacy policies. Please read them before taking part. Offers can lead to other apps and websites that we don't control.
9. How long we keep information
- Account information is kept while your account is active.
- After you delete your account, your personal information is removed after a short grace period, and in any case within 30 days of your confirmed request.
- Transaction and redemption records are kept without your name, email or other contact details for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require.
- Partner callback, security and fraud logs are kept only as long as needed to check partner payments and prevent fraud, and are then deleted or anonymised.
- Backups are encrypted and overwritten within 30 days.
10. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app (Profile, then Settings, then Delete account) or without the app by following the steps on our account deletion page. Deleting your account removes your personal information as described above, and any coins left in your account are forfeited.
11. Your choices and rights
- See and update your profile in the app at any time.
- Turn notification categories on or off. Promotions are separate from account updates.
- Choose whether your profile is shared with survey partners.
- Change your ads consent (where it applies) and reset your advertising ID.
- Withdraw usage access in Android settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave, by emailing [email protected] from the email address linked to your account.
Depending on where you live, for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or data protection laws in the European Economic Area and the UK, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority. We reply to requests within 30 days.
12. Age requirement
Task Treasure is only for people aged 18 or older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If we learn that a user is under 18, we close the account and delete their information.
13. How we protect information
All connections use HTTPS. Reward codes and other sensitive fields are stored encrypted, access to data is limited to people who need it, and our admin tools require two-step verification. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your Google account protected too.
14. Where information is processed
Our servers and service providers may be in India or in other countries, such as the countries where Google and Cloudflare operate. When your information is processed outside your country, we rely on providers that protect it in line with this policy and applicable law.
15. This website
The website has no sign-in and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare, which protects the website, may set strictly necessary security cookies. Our servers log IP addresses and browser details for security. The website loads its font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. If you email us, we use your email only to reply and to handle your request.
16. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the version and date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we tell you in the app and may ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
